Its not that I cannot afford to pay the $220 before rebate, it is the concept of the situation. No wonder they lose customers hand and foot....i am pissed off. Not to mention I got a free month of service last time I re-upped.....nope not this time.....

The only thing keeping me with sprint is the 23% discount I get....

A new $4.99/month charge has suddenly appeared on my bill, with a notice saying the fee will be waived IF I enroll in autopay, giving Sprint access to my bank account. I have never been late with a payment with my personal and business accounts.

After a brief search, this seems to be some sort of 'policy' change, as the internet is ablaze with complaints about this.

If I can't receive some satisfaction by having this removed, or a monthly credit applied, then I'm out.
